Returned merchandise must be received in its original and resalable condition. Merchandise must have MORE THAN 6 months of expiration remaining. We accept resalable merchandise returns that have been purchased within the last three months. Returns or exchanges are subject to a restocking charge of 15%. Merchandise cannot be returned without our prior approval. Any claims for shortage or damage must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.

Resalable condition: Merchandise must be in its original condition and have no damage. Price stickers must be removed prior to return, with no adhesive residue, no broken inner or outer seal, no damaged lid, no permanent ink or writing on lid or label, and no damage to the label such as scratches. To ensure that the bottles do not become jostled during transit, please ensure that sufficient packing material is used --such as paper, bubble wrap or Styrofoam peanuts. Refrigerated product must be received in resalable and viable condition. If you have refrigerated products, please ask us for the Packing Instructions for returning Refrigerated Product.
